Below is the calendar for rotation for Sunday morning orientation. The leader will be responsible for canceling the event if no facilitator is found by 48 hr. prior to the scheduled event—i.e., send out an email that the scheduled event is canceled and asking the calendar council to cancel the event on the main website calendar. This is intended as the assigned council ‘shepherding or husbanding’ orientation rather than being responsible for DOING it. The assigned council will be responsible for making sure orientation is done or cancelling orientation 48 hr. prior to the scheduled time.

The facilitating council will send out an ‘invitation/reminder’ 1-2 days before orientation. The reminder is sent to the Appamada google group.
