Please schedule time with a Teacher, Zen Mentor, or Head Student below. Practice discussions with Teachers are for 20 minutes each and start promptly on the half hour. Or sign up to meet for tea or mentoring with one of the Zen Mentors or Head Students. You can also send a message to a Teacher, Zen Mentor, or Head Student here.

There are also Practice Discussion Groups with Flint Sparks. Please contact Flint for more information if you are interested in joining a small group that meets regularly for practice discussion.

Practice discussion with Dharma Teachers is offered during morning zazen and during Sunday morning zazen periods. Brief practice discussions (10 minutes) are available with Zen Mentors at those times when Dharma Teachers are not available.
