APPAMADA Orientation

Welcome! We are glad you are interested in learning more about Zen and Appamada. We offer onsite and online orientation every Sunday from 8:00 to 8:50 AM central time. In our orientation, you will learn a bit about Appamada and our teachers, be introduced to Zen meditation, and see how to enter and move about respectfully in our space. You will have an opportunity to practice with a short meditation and to discuss it afterwards. In addition, there will be an opportunity after the 50-minute orientation to join the sangha in zazen.
